The bedrooms are very spacious and two of them can fit king size beds, the other a queen size air condition and selling fan in each room. This great apartment is awesome for roommates and a family since it's near schools and the subway. The owner pays gas, cold/hot water, and heat. Great price for an awesome historic neighborhood!

    "Sheepshead Bay is a great place to raise a family, depending on what area you are in… It can change from beautiful and well maintained, and then four blocks later it can look like a completely different neighborhood… I would not allow my children out to late at night as there are some bars around the neighborhood and the restaurants people do come from other places to eat there, but the crowd can change quickly. Otherwise most of sheepshead Bay is a great neighborhood. I would visit at night before I actually moved in to that particular home on that particular block."
