The community is located on Traverwood Drive, just off Plymouth Road in north Ann Arbor and is currently fully leased out with an extensive waiting list of people wanting to move in. This is an opportunity to bypass that list! The apartments are new construction (built in 2015/2016) and have great amenities such as a resort-style pool, firepit, gym, and a yoga/pilates room. Management also hosts creative (and free) monthly events for residents. In the past, these have included trolley pubs around Ann Arbor, a macaron-making course at Sur La Table, wine and painting in the clubhouse, happy hour at Mikette, and more.
;; Rent is set at $1400/month and the lease ends on April 30th, 2018. At that time, you will have the opportunity to sign a new 12-month lease if you'd like. The apartment will be available for a move-in date of Tuesday, November 7th or any time thereafter. Since the apartment is being re-leased, it will be handled entirely by the apartment front office. You must apply, qualify, sign a lease, and pay move-in costs before you can receive keys, just as if you were signing a full year lease.
