About this House

I love this house. It's perfect for a family. Cozy enough to where it feels like home, yet, there is enough space for everyone to have their own privacy as well.

It's listed as a 3 bedroom, however, there really could be up to 5 including the basement rooms. No leaking whatsoever. Even after the heaviest storms there was never any water anywhere. Living room has new carpet within the last year. One of the bedrooms is currently getting new carpet / paint - will be finished before the house is sold.

All appliances will stay, including a washer and dryer. There is also a Google nest security system that I will leave as well.

I bought this house with the intention of staying in it forever. Unfortunately, life had other plans for me. My loss will absolutely be your gain.

Reach out for questions or a showing.

"The neighborhood is friendly and walkable for pets but the hearts are small and this is something that I find a big problem, it’s why I haven’t gotten a dog. I need to wait until I move somewhere with a larger yard."
