Very nice to work with Principal Dustin Heath. He truly cares about all student and staff. Vice Principal Cory Kniep also is a great addition to East. Very supportive of staff and students and continually making it better for all.

in my experience all they cared about was getting payed and nothing else. when I went to this school me and my friend were getting harassed and getting things thrown at us and neither the teachers nor principals did anything about it. they only cared about the fact that we were cursing them out and recording what was happening to be able to show them. When we were sitting in the vice principals office the principal came in saying we shouldn't have anything we did but did not seem to care that we had empty soda cans thrown at us.

As other parents have stated BULLYING and jumping as in violence from multiple students to beat up one occurs frequently. Unfortunately so many students have to leave, also parents are never called and students do not bring home notes detailing anything at all happened. I asked my child if his lips were dry and why they were split and he told me he was punched multiple times in the mouth, nose, and kicked repeatedly in his privates. This is not right, the administration opted to not let law enforcement get involved so the brutal (kept quiet) beatings and bullying among innocent 8 year olds will continue.
