Nice 2 bedroom home, no washer or dryer. Home has a great bonus room and both bedrooms are decent size, nice corner lot with gate across driveway. Backyard is rough so we are reducing the rent from $1150 to $1099 In hopes of finding someone who wants to level out backyard and make it better so you could enjoy it more.
