This bungalow is what you are looking for! Lots of space and open floor plan. Large eat in kitchen with lots of cabinets and a pantry. Electric range was new in 2016. Refrigerator new 2011. Formal dining room has hardwood floors, and is open to family room. 2nd floor front bedroom has wall heat and a window A/C unit to help circulate air conditioning and heat. The home has central air and forced air gas heat. Wood deck is 14x16. There is extra parking next to garage. A/C was new in 2010, roof approx. 2002. A/C and furnace is serviced yearly. Extra insulation blown in attic, walls, and roof. Newer water heater 2012. There is a stool in basement, rough in for sink and possible shower could be put in. Other room could be office or family area.
