The owner has installed some newer windows in recent years. It has a spacious yard and you will enjoy the deck. The home is close to bike trails and parks. It's close to several schools. You will enjoy the pantry in the kitchen/dining area and the storage. In the back yard there is an area for gardening. There are underground sprinklers to keep everything green and watered.
