The eat-in kitchen has a ample cabinet and counter space. There is a large full bath with laundry hook ups for a clothes washer & dryer. The bedroom is on the second floor and has a half bath. Partial basement for the mechanicals. Might have Delavan's largest oak tree.

  • Alisha A. H.
"There concerts in the park and movies in the summer every Friday night at the band shell. Festivals and celebrations all year round."
  • Dwain M.
"It's a nice area minus most of the police who like to blast their sirens at 2 am. the area is pretty quiet"
  • Ssmithiscrazy

  • Andrea

  • Hannah T.
"there are good schools and many parks, but not a lot of things to do for teens beyond that, which encourages small gang activity as kids age."
  • Mumper34
"Good place to live and raise a family and lots of work in the area and safe to walk after dark. It's a friendly neighborhood and great neighbors and good shops downtown."
  • Sitneyhugo1022
"It’s nice housing and nice neighbors all around, very happy community and easy to walk anywhere you’d need to go "
  • Faerie_bless
"My husband and I (and 2 children) have lived in the Inlet Oaks Subdivision for 4 years. I had my reservations at first as Delavan always seems to carry a poor reputation. However, I have been suprised with just how much I enjoy this little neighborhood. We have friendly and quiet neighbors with many kids for my boys to play with. Respectful drivers, and low traffic. We are also able to take advantage of lake rights without the extra costs. Property taxes are low helping to make home ownership affordable. I think the elementary school is great, teachers have been nothing but caring and wonderful and so my children are doing quite well. The park and rec district offers tons of affordable activities year round for all ages as well. (seriously, TONS of stuff!) In the 4 years that we have been in the Inlet, we have not seen any crime at all. An ambulance one time for an elderly neighbor down the road but other than that it has been completly quiet. My family and I feel safe and comfortable in the Inlet."
