2. Interior: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, open floorplan, washer and dryer in the unit, balcony, hardwood floor in the living room, upgraded carpet in bedrooms, tile in kitchen and bathrooms.

3. Complex: Cantera Fountains is a cute little complex, surrounded by new luxury buildings. Complex is well managed and all units are privately owned, some of them are rented out.

Water included. Tenant pays electric bill only. Rent $1,199/month, security deposit $1,199.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
