- Asphalt drive and parking areas provide space for 4(large) or 6(small) cars of off street parking
- We provide a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer.
- Gas heat and central cooling.

Rent is $325 per person, per month ($975 total) and you, the tenant, pay for gas, electric, water and trash.
$400 per person, per month ($1200 total) and the owner pays for all utilities (no cable or internet)

Lease is typically a 12 month lease

Total due at signing lease = $325 security deposit + $325 for first months rent=$650 due, per person, before you move in.

We offer clean and well maintained 3, 4 and 5 bedroom college homes, in good neighborhoods, available to students attending University of Northwestern Ohio, The Ohio State University Lima, Rhodes State College and surrounding collegiate programs in the Lima, Ohio area.

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
