About this House

2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath townhome located in Hampton, VA.

1/2 Month's Free Rent to Qualified Applicants. PPH, LLC does not participate with the Section 8 program. 12 month lease period. Washer and dryer hookups. We do not have a weight limit, however, there is a non-refundable $350.00 pet fee per pet. The web site explains breeds that would require renter's insurance to cover your pet. Typically, houses need to be viewed prior to applying to make sure you like the property, as application fees are non-refundable. We only hold houses for 10 days after the approval process and the deposit is paid. Houses can be viewed by submitting an application available online @ pen-prop.com. After review an appointment will be scheduled to view the interior, if you wish to proceed the app fee will be due at that time. The office address is 12284 Warwick Boulevard, Suite 1-C in Newport News. We are located in the Huffman Building.
