The other shed/barn is 56x64 and needs just a little sprucing up to be ready to start your hobby farm.

Next to the house is an additional 2 car garage that was re-sided this week and 2 new garage door openers.

As mentioned above, this riverfront has great low bank access with terrific canoeing or kayaking! There is a known fishing hole right in front of the house if fishing is your passion. Or, come and spend hours on the huge riverside deck watching the wildlife on the river and in the yard. The picture of the 4 eagles is along the south driveway to the house. It is not uncommon to have deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits, otters, geese, swans, ducks, eagles, cardinals, orioles, hummingbirds, an occasional indigo bunting and lots of other wildlife visiting. It is truly a country oasis!

The property is located in between Chetek and Cameron and is about 5 miles from each. There are small stores and a grocery store available for shopping. It is approximately 13 miles to Rice Lake and the nearest WalMart/Menards/Kohls. And of course, it's less than a mile to the Stardust Drive-In theater for summer fun under the stars! (Our property is on the same road as the Stardust).

    "It's a tourist town. it has 6 lakes with plenty of lakefront bars and entertainment. The fishing is good and there are lots of resorts and campgrounds. Summer is packed full of activities. Once fall and deer season is over, the streets are usually bare by 10 PM or earlier. They do host winter fishing contests and Winterfest which brings in professional snowmobile drag racing. "

    "We've lived on this dead-end street for 8 years now. Most of us had small children in our homes then and when the weather was decent and the children were outside, everyone looked out for everyone's kids. Because there was no traffic we weren't afraid to let our children cross the street or play right next to it, or maybe even in it with our supervision. Its still that way although the children are much older now. We know everyone on the street and vice versa. It's an awesome little neighborhood inside an awesome neighborhood! "
