The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is steps from the beach, the bike trail, Seashore State Park and a dozen or more restaurants. Great schools.

Seeking a minimum one year lease. No smoking on property. Some pets ok as long as they are not loud and destructive. Cannot rent to certain types of pets due to insurance policies. Please inquire if you have a pet.

Occupants share property with back unit and must adhere to city noise policies and be respectful of common areas. For example, long term guests and late night parties must be kept to a minimum.
