About this House

Rare 1+ Acre Equestrian Property with mature trees and water rights!

This Spanish style home has good bones, and is ready for someone to do the finishing touches to make it their own!

Located in Bloomington, this unique property has an RV garage, 2 car garage, and a climate controlled attached workshop that could be converted into extra living space.

The home needs flooring and paint in a few rooms on the interior, a kitchen & bathroom refresh, and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and it will be worth $800k+ like all the other homes on the street.

We have already completed flooring, retexturing and painting in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and started the process in the family room (as you can tell from the photos).

Our plan was to finish the workshop space into a laundry room, and convert the second family room into a master suite. Both of which would push the property value even higher and maximize living space.

As for the back yard, it has a leveled area that is plumbed and wired for a greenhouse, and we had plans for a pool and orchard.

We have had deaths and illness in the family, and I’m in the middle of a career transition, and as such having a home with a lot of projects doesn’t line up very well with those circumstances.

So our hope is that another family or real estate investor will see the same value and potential in this property that we did.
