New Range and Refrigerator in Kitchen, Original Hardwood floors, pine ceilings in loft (which we currently use as a large Family Room). Master bedroom also has pine ceilings with cedar floors in the closets. New carpet throughout installed in early 2007. Updated bathrooms with new ceramic tile, vanities, hardware and toilets. Completely remodeled laundry room. House gets lots of natural sunlight with dual pane Anderson Windows with Bali window treatments on all windows in the house. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Complete lot survey completed in September 2005. Custom made Cedar Privacy Fence was added in October 2005 and was stained with a wonderful Cabot Cedar Stain. Mooney Bay Marina, a full service marina, is less than 2 miles away. Point Au Roche State Park is also less than 2 miles away and has hiking and biking trails with boat and beach access. House is located on the main part of Lake Champlain which can access Canada to the north and Lake George to the south.
