Description

Nice remodeled unit in quite neighborhood close to light-rail on very North end of Thornton. High-end features not found in a rental. Everyone's rental is the best on this site but this one truly is different and custom. The main floor is the living room, dining room, a decent sized kitchen..something you can actually cook in and a half-bath and the attached over-sized 2 car garage. Hardwood floors in the living room, some built in shelves and cubbies and indestructible porcelain wood tile flooring in the kitchen and dining room roughly 800 sq ft. A crawlspace is under the entire first floor for storage or living if your 2 feet tall. Upstairs are two bedrooms the master which is 20x20 w/ vaulted ceiling and a 5 piece all marble bath w/ spa unit and all marble flooring. The marble stays cool in the summer and quite warm in the winter..the house has been re-insulated and everything has been replace in the passed 8 years except for the heater and AC but they are not an issue. Tons of storage w/ a crawl space and a second story loft in the garage.
The garage is insulated but not heated but still have no problem working out there year round. I never planned on moving out of the house but had to for work so now it's someone's luck day. Can't get the money I put into it yet so it's a hi-end rental. Redid the house for my dogs so dogs are allowed..just no wood chewers..I don't care what you do in the house as long as it stays in one piece and you carry renters insurance to the tune of +50k, which I need a copy of. Everything is negotiable..of course..Work history and background check payable by you for all adult tenants via zillow and you can contact me or leave a message if you want to see more video of the property that I have. Also note the I'll be taking the stove, fridge and downstairs bathroom fixtures and master ceiling fan with me but will replace them w/ slightly less costly units. Unit is available around 3/1/22 but if needed sooner please contact me.

Tenant pays electricity, gas, internet, phone, cable and water. Landlord pays for trash and HOA. Extra pet non-refundable deposit of 100 per cat and 250 per dog. Home comes w/ 2 parking spots in front of the garage then on street parking. Townhome is near to green belt, parks, bird watching and lots of malls now unfortunately. There is also a back patio that is walled in 20x20. Within walking distance to the light rail but not the best for any other public transport as its still pretty far out as in the bus line ends completely a couple blocks away..The town shuts down at 8 pm like a ghost town w/ all the traffic lights turning to stop signs and parts of the parks get locked up by the police...seems like a joke..but its true. Perfect small family townhome as all the good schools are only a couple of blocks away.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"I really don’t like the area. Lots of crime and it’s very uncomfortable. There are some nice parks in the area that are nice but you have to watch your back at all times. "
  • Jnburg17
"So much crime! It’s so hard to feel safe or that your property is safe. It will be a blessing when we are able to get out of this city or state!"
  • Danafarnham
"The neighborhood is unique because of the birds that inhabit it. We have owls and bald eagles. We often get the Eastlake turkeys that pay a visit. "

"People are friendly, and it’s a safe place to live. People are out walking their dogs a lot. It’s relatively quiet and pretty peaceful around here. Streets are well lit, and sidewalks/roads are in good shape."
  • Baylion22
"It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."
  • Lluvia L. D.

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
  • Sharon

  • Mattnarielle
"The neighborhood I live in is not to bad. However if you have kids it’s always best to make sure they are in by 10 since there is some suspicious characters."
