Description

My corner lot is manicured with lovely pea gravel, front and rear and all maintenance free with Gated 50' plus RV parking on both sides w/ hook-ups! 3 br, 2 ba are clean as new & shiny plus roomy all with pot shelves. Even though I was born in 1995 my w/w carpet & vinyl flooring looks Brand New. I come with all appliances and furniture and I have an electric corner fireplace in the master bedroom. I have a lovely spa that's covered & very private. You really must come see me to appreciate all I have in store for you.
 My A/C is Brand New, and energy efficient Power Ducts were installed and all duct work was sealed to be extra energy efficient! Gas Range is also Brand New and I include a washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal and gas hot water heater.
Lastly -- as you will see, this home is not comparable to the ones used as "comps" by this web site that are found in Mobile Home neighborhoods. This is a "Homes Only" neighborhood (No mobiles). Some older comps in THIS neighborhood have recently sold for $126,800, and $122,000 and are older and smaller w/ NO new amenities like this home has. They also had no covered patio nor did they have RV parking w/hook-ups.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "

    "Sun Haven Estates House have wonderful lot sizes with pave streets so you really don't have to go out of town to have an acre horse property. The neighbors are good and the place is looking better and better as we get out of the recession. Very good access with Route 66 to most of the Town that's quick with 2 convenience gas marts station"
