This neglect contributed to an atmosphere where students felt vulnerable and unprotected. In addition, teachers regularly failed to deliver instruction that was appropriate for the varying grade levels of their students, impeding their academic progress and engagement. The school faced recurring incidents of fights and a significant prevalence of bullying, creating a hostile atmosphere for many students. Although the administration encouraged students to report any troubling behavior by stating, "If you see something, say something," these reports often went unacknowledged or were brushed aside. As a result, the underlying issues not only persisted but often escalated, leaving students feeling increasingly frustrated and unsafe in their learning environment.
