About this House

Come see our extremely spacious three story townhouse! It has ALL tile flooring and features two generous bedrooms (with a possible third on the lowest level) three bathrooms (one on each floor) a large eat-in kitchen a separate utility room with washer and dryer hook ups (electric) and central heating and cooling. See if you like the area and if you are interested in viewing the unit call us to set up an appointment! Note: Images may not represent all improvements made to townhouse.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We complete Credit and Criminal Background checks. Small and/or docile pets allowed at owner's discretion with extra for rent and pet fee. Pet fee $200 per pet. Pet rent $25 per pet. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and water. Trash, sewer, and storm water fee paid for by owner. First month's rent (we prorate) and security deposit due at signing (along with pet fee & pet rent if applicable).
