"city services are surpurb, the neighborhood is quiet. when I moved heer 13 years ago we were the third family to have children on our block. I still have the same neighbors, everyone keep up with the lawn and our street is cleaned every year."

"The people who love has lived in this area for years and years and years! They own there homes. They keep the neighborhood looking nice by keeping up there homes and yards. I love my area. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful! Great place to raise a family."

"I don’t like Eastpointe because the Water Bill comes out every single month, and it’s extremely high. Rats have taken over, and it’s too dark on the side streets."

"Going down hill fast. Neighborhood crime is rising, the long time residents are moving out and investors are buying them and renting them out. Most are becoming section 8 housing. It’s loud and the side street I live on is very busy. People fly down the street making it unsafe for kids to play outside. Time to go!"

"Most everyone has a dog or two. There are dog parks and plenty of groomers, vets and boarding. Keep dog license up to date and dog on leash when walking. Good place to start family with pets. "
