    "The community is a mix of working class and low income socioeconomic backgrounds. Lots of homeless in the area due to the proximity of Discovery park. Kinda of a food desert as far as grocery stores go. IThe perks are that public transit is easy to access, close to I 5 and I 80, downtown and the airport are 10/15 minutes away."
