About this House

I believe this to be the very best value on the market right now in Branson: 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living areas, and Branson/Branson Buchanan schools! Welcome to 220 Blossom Valley -- this house has such charm-- it reminds me of an English cottage with its sage green window shutters, brick front step, and its many lovely flowering trees and shrubs. The main level has: a vaulted living room with real hardwood flooring, kitchen with gorgeous Corian countertops and the prettiest real wood cabinets, big pantry adjacent to the kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and master bath, and 2 guest rooms. Downstairs has: a great family room with a wonderful electric fireplace that makes the perfect focal point, 2 additional bedrooms, and another bathroom. There are decks on both levels. The yard is huge with plenty of room for activities. Meadow Ridge/Horizon Hills is a perennially popular neighborhood on Branson's coveted North side, prized for its proximity to The Highroad, Hwy 65, Branson Hills shopping, and loved for its proximity to Roark Creek, The Ruth and Paul Henning park and trails, and the forthcoming Shepherd of the Hills Park. There is also a wonderful neighborhood playground and a book lending library. Just 7 minutes to the schools and 7 minutes to the grocery store-- the location can't be beat! There are washer and dryer hookups on both levels. Out back there is an insulated ''lean-to'' workshop. POA dues cover sewer and water. One bedroom downstairs is non-conforming-- has a closet but no window. Make a plan to see this one!

  • Darcell c.
"I lived here from around April of 2013 to Feb of 2014 (they let me out of my lease early because of work...which is awesome because i wouldn't have been able to take the job otherwise). I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."
  • Todd R.
"The people here in Branson are outstanding, and the neighborhood this house sits in is fantastic. Branson is the kind of town you love to live in because it still has a lot of "Mayberry" in it!--- good ole fashioned American values. The seasons are terrific, the outdoors options are vast, and there's so many fun options. "
