Large living room, eat-in kitchen with granite counters and granite floor, stainless steel stove and frig, black dishwasher. 2 good-sized bedrooms and one small bedroom. Ceiling fans in 2 large bedrooms and kitchen. Air conditioners in master bedroom and living room. Bathroom just recently totally redone. Stone floor and tub surround, new tub, toilet and sink, all new light fixtures, new med cabinet and storage cabinet over commode. Freshly painted. Installed new carpeting in March, 2010 in the living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms, neutral colors. Kitchen cabinet refacing done in 2013. New doors, drawers, pull out shelves installed in two cabinets, new hardware. Small backyard. 1 car garage. Tilt-out windows. Vinyl Siding put on house in February 2018.

Neighborhood Description

Love the neighborhood. Middle aged to older families. We have a Neighborhood Block Watch. Neighbors look out for each other. I'm an older woman living alone. Neighbors always plow my property when it snows. We share phone numbers, so we can always call someone when we need help. Older part of Milford, but I wouldn't live anywhere else.
