4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a former student at Golden Gate, with my youngest sibling still attending. This school is always pushing to be better in all areas. They consistently provide programs to better yourself, whether your pathway is trade, education, or, to some extent, sport. Fast forward I have graduated with my bachelors and am still connected with many old teachers. I also offer to connect with their students, mainly because of the impact I know the instructors look to make.I didn't get to decide my school, but I'm very proud to claim my alma mater!-Arcaim LallemandOther Review2y ago6 Reviews - Cypress Palm Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a current/almost graduated student at Cypress Palm middle school, Never in a million years would I recommend this to any parents. I am/was a student all three years of middle school (2023-2026) and based off my experiences, I can say the staff memebers here are the most Disrespectful, condescending, ignorant, and even bias, adults youll ever meet. Depending on the situation and whos handling it, 95% of the time, the offender of the situation will likely get away with a warning while the victim gets suspended without a chance to speak. All they know how to do is Assume and Suspend/alt replace. They’re extremely advocant on bullying yet this school is horrendously Racist and Homophobic, spitting slurs and sexist comments everywhere.not to mention the ginormous VAPE and DRUG problem here. There’s kids ages 11-15 going around having sex and smoking before they know how to graph thanks to the phenomenal curriculum these teachers, themselves dont understand. They sit there and complain about their classes failing but refuse to actually get up and teach and instead, assign a bunch of computer assignments for your child to learn themselves before sending them all to a ‘Study hall’ during lunch to rot. The dress code is absolutely foul and sexist. The staff members pick and chose who they want to dresscode. Why is a hoodie or fitted jeans with a stitched pattern more important than that student over there, shoving and threatening a kid into a locker? Why are slimmer girls being dresscoded for ‘short shorts’ while the more shaped ones are walking around freely, vice versa. Why are certain boys being dresscoded for sweatpants while the athletic ones are running around freely? Mental health is NOT dealt with correctly and is instead, punished. If youre spotted with anything remotely close to signs of bad mental health or youre told on, instead of receiving support, youre met with IN SCHOOL SUSPENSION. They literally DONT CARE. Youre constantly threatened with low budget end of the year activities and dances (Mind you, they advertise these like its the best thing ever) Theres Roaches and dust everywhere,Low quality EVERYTHING, etc. This was the worst school ive ever been to in my life, and for a child, that says something. If you want to protect yours and your childs peace, turn away.Student Review2w ago8 Reviews - Check out schools near 2199 Della Dr.
