Green tea cooling gel memory foam mattresses, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified pillows for your health and wellness, and a Vivint Home Security System for your protection - we're thinking of you in every aspect of your stay. Your comfort is our top priority!
As you enter the bungalow, you're immediately greeted by our gorgeous wallpaper which sets the vibe for the space. An open, eat-in kitchen and spacious living room is the perfect place to come home to. Kick back and enjoy a show on the 50" fire tv while snuggled up on the velvet couch.
Or head into the bedrooms which are both equipped with room darkening blinds, four perfectly fluffy pillows, a spare sheet set for your convenience, and an incredibly cozy quilted comforter and throw blanket duo. 32" fire tv's are in there for your convenience.
The bathroom comes prepared with a hamper for all your laundry needs, plenty of towels, a steamer and a first aid kit (just in case!).
Take a step out onto the back patio to enjoy the lush landscape. The four-top table with umbrella is perfect for when you want to enjoy dinner al fresco or you want to sit back and soak up that Florida sunshine.
Whatever the purpose is of your trip - we are thrilled you chose us and are honored to host you!
1. Lease Duration: Month-to-month, 6-12 months, 12 months (negotiable)
2. Rent Amount:
Furnished including utilities: $2,500
3. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, refundable upon move-out, pending inspection of the property for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
4. Utilities: Utilities are covered by landlord
5. Vivint Home Security: The home is equipped with a Vivint Home Security system included in the lease.
6. Pet Policy: Domestic Pets (cats/dogs) are allowed upon landlord approval. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet is required.
7. Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care is included in the lease
8. Parking: A carport is included, with room for an additional car in the driveway and available street parking.
9. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent and security deposit due upon signing of the lease agreement.
10. Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
11. Inspections: Routine inspections may be conducted by the landlord with prior notice to ensure the property is being maintained according to lease terms.
12. Application Process:
A rental application is required, with a non-refundable application fee of $50.
