Norwood section of the Bronx has some friendly neighborhoods and nice apartments. Location on East 196th St between Grand Concourse and Valentine Ave shows a large two-bedroom in a walk-up building. The unit is above the fourth floor, and the views are amazing. The transportation options are enormous, but keep it simple. You can bike, commute by train and bus. Most people drive in the area. The unit has high ceilings, hardwood floors, a newly remodeled kitchen and bath, ample closet space, and high ceilings. This sun-drenched unit deserves a tenant NOW! ALL Applications are accepted.     "I don't live in this area myself, but my aunt has lived there for over 30 years and I visit her frequently, so I know quite a bit about the area. There are a lot of families and a few parks for kids, pets and space to throw outdoor parties. The parks are typically clean and the area is pretty quiet. there's many stores and places to buy any necessities. Overall a great place to live and raise a family. "

    "2406 Webster Ave is horrible. They rent out the backyard for parties that go on weekdays and weeknights til 5am or 6am. They have complete disregard to the people who live here. Believe it or not, there are still some decent people who get up early to go to work. "
