The home is heated by individual electric Cadet room heaters and is cooled by two small window AC units. It is hay bale insulated on East and West walls. The entire living space encompasses the loft of the barn. The home is accessed by a long, 4 ft. wide outdoor staircase and two narrow indoor spiral staircases. The spiral staircases have narrow foot pads and a vertical climb. The spacious 10 ft. by 24 ft. loft master bedroom with 1/2 bath can only be accessed by spiral staircase. There is a separate driveway and a lockable drive through gate with parking for two standard sized vehicles (no boats or RV's). Some additional storage space is available in stalls on the bottom level of the barn. Utilities, internet, and trash service are not included in the rent.
