Home features brick accents, arched windows and is located on a large lot with mature oak trees, abuts a fenced area with two retention ponds, insuring no backyard neighbors. An "in the walls" pest control system and a termite bond is in place. Wood laminate flooring in the living/dining area, family room and back hallway. The AC/furnace system was replaced in December 2010 with a 4-ton, 15 seer Trane unit and has been maintained annually. A solar hot water system was installed in March 2010, with an 80-gallon Lochinvar tank and 4x10 collector system. Water softening system is upgraded RainSoft unit installed in November 2013. In 2015, pavers were installed in the front driveway/entry area and the roof was replaced. Fresh paint in October 2019. pool is maintained by a pool service. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer.
