. We can show the house on weekends only since we are still living here and have seperate work schedules.

DOWNFALL OF THIS HOUSE :
The property that is attached to my home is not in good shape. The back half of the house is practically starting to fall down. I DO NOT OWN THIS HALF. However, it is available on a repository sale. This means you go to the tax claim office on cedar street in hazleton and pay $100 for the paperwork and a minimum $500 bid. This process takes 6-9 months but that means you can purchase the other half for $600 and own both sides and fix it up. It will take time and money but we do not have the time or resources to do it ourselves.

    "my neighborhood is dirty and infested with cats. my neighbors are constantly partying and blasting music all night long. I can never park in front of my house, often I am forced to carry my kids and groceries from at least a block away. Neighbors and their kids are disrespectful to my property. We do not use my back yard, yet it constantly has trash like beer bottles, fireworks, and dirty diapers thrown in it. the front of my property had trash thrown all over. Neighbors throw garbage on sidewalks. stray cats rip open garbage bags. On top of all of that, hazleton is infested with cockroaches. Neighbors of mine have told me they have gotten them in their homes."

    "Public schools are no good! But they do have private schools you can choose. Some people are very public with their drug use and if you mind that then is not a good choice for you. Unless you choose to buy is the nicer areas which are a little more expensive but worth it."
