Unfortunately, my experience with this school has left me disappointed. While there are certainly some caring and dedicated staff members, I have had concerns with professionalism, communication, and the way certain situations are handled.I believe staff members in a school setting should lead by example, maintain appropriate boundaries, and treat families and members of the community with respect. Unfortunately, that has not always been my experience.I hope the school leadership takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more professional, respectful, and positive environment for students, families, and the community.Educators are in positions of trust and should demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect when dealing with families and members of the community. I believe concerns should be addressed through appropriate administrative channels rather than becoming a topic of conversation with parents.I hope the district takes concerns about staff professionalism seriously and provides clearer expectations regarding confidentiality, boundaries, and appropriate communication with families and community members.
