The neighborhood is well maintained and includes access to the neighborhood pool. The yard requires very little maintenance. The side yard is a combination of concrete and rock, and there is a sprinkler system in the front to maintain the landscaping. The HOA provides snow removal in the winter and mowing in the summer. The neighborhood is also incredibly pet friendly, providing numerous stations where you can find doggy bags and trashcans for pet waste.

The home is located in the Cherry Creek School District and has wonderful schools nearby.

The home will be unfurnished, but all major appliances will be included in the rental including the washing machine, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, stove and oven, and microwave.

Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and water. Owner is responsible for HOA fees, which includes trash and recycling. First month's rent and the security deposit is due at signing. No smoking of any kind allowed. Pets are welcome. There's an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $500 also due at signing. There are two parking spaces in the garage and the rest is unassigned street parking. The lease is for 1 year. Available starting June 15th.

    "It’s a very diverse neighborhood. We hear gunshots a few times a week. The school system out here is not particularly good. The alleyways between houses collect garbage and old furniture. It’s a real slum. But just a few blocks away, houses are newer and much nicer. That area would be much more desirable."
