Description

2172 E is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom in a great location at The Enclave on Bethel Rd. This condo has been painted, cleaned, carpeting cleaned-it has new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, new refrigerator and over the stove microwave. The Enclave has a locked outside building door with an intercom system. The units are located off a hallway- 4 units on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. This unit is located on the second floor front of the building.
The condo association takes care of water, trash and sewer- the resident is responsible for the gas and electric (gas stove, hot water tank and furnace). The Enclave office is open on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 to 5 and Wednesday mornings from 9:30-12. You are welcome to stop by the office and pick up a set of keys to see 2172 E. The office doors are currently locked due to COVID so if you call the office once you get there (the number is on the front doors of the office) and tell Christine you are there to see 2172 E, she will bring keys out to you. If you are not able to make it during those hours please contact us and we will make arrangements for you to see it. King Property Management does not manage this unit- we rent it for the owner and the owner takes over the management once the resident has moved in. We can hold any unit up to three weeks from time of application.

Owner pays water, trash and sewer, resident pays gas and electric. Off street parking- each condo has one reserved parking space and there are many additional unmarked parking spaces available. $40.00 application fee per person- we require good rental history, good credit and must make between 3-4 times the monthly rental amount-gross.
