There is one bathroom, it is on the main floor. There is an enclosed side porch sunroom. The kitchen is large and has an eating area, as well as there is an open dining room in the house. There is an old metal garage sized shed in the back. There is washer & dryer hookup in the sunroom of the house. There is a Trane central a/c & heat unit and a newer roof. The pictures show it furnished before the last tenants.
Absolutely no smokers (verified) everyone must be a non-smoker and no pets.
Tenants pay for background check, no evictions or criminal record. Must have good credit or above. No late payment in last 2 years or collections. 1st, last & 1 month's rent for security deposit due before move-in.
Verifiable income of $3600.00+ required.

Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
