About this House

2 bedroom , 2 full and 1 half bath home with attached garage located in Chester, WV. 4,589 sf. ******Property is a fixer upper******
No current heating or air conditioning source, as both air handlers and boiler systems need completely replaced. Electrical issues through out, currently only about half the electrical outlets through out entire house are usable, breakers continually trip, built in gas stove needs replaced, no garbage disposal or dishwasher, no appliances, no basement, garage door systems need replaced, some interior water lines need replaced as well as all water fixtures, no water softener (water is very hard with an abundance of calcium which has ruined all water related fixtures), Hot water tank needs replaced due to calcium buildup which will be on going until a water softener is put in place.
Fireplace does not works as propane lines running to it needs repaired/replaced as well as propane tank itself.
Deck needs replaced as well as most exterior lighting fixtures (approximately 30). Fountain out front needs replaced as well as hot tub. Roof needs some repairs. This home is located in a "dead zone" therefore no cable or internet is available at this address. Dish is available but with a very unstable connection.
