Recommend checking your zip code if you have kids to see what school is in that area because you’ll get zoned to that school. We don’t know that but got lucky with our son’s school. "Cane Bay is a large, growing community mainly of families. Most subdivisions have parks open to all and tons of free events. Lots of holiday events and activities. If you want a sense of community Cane Bay is a great place to live. "
