The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, solid surface countertops, new SS microwave in 2017 dishwasher in 2015. Large breakfast area as well as a center isle with custom roll out drawers. There is a much desired first floor office that could also be used as a playroom. Master has a full private bath with double sinks, separate jetted tub, separate shower and LARGE walk in closet. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. One of the secondary bedrooms has a full private bath. The back yard is one of the nicest in the neighborhood with a large, level fenced yard and beautiful landscaping. This home has a 3 car garage! The two bay garage has a four foot extension and the 3rd bay is oversized! BRAND NEW ARCHITECTURAL ROOF 2017. Gilder Creek Farm is a wonderful neighborhood with award winning schools, neighborhood pool, clubhouse, walking trail and a new playground. Fantastic neighborhood to call home!!
