An historic street in an iconic Mississippi Gulf Coast village, just two blocks from the Gulf itself. What could beat that? The Cottages at Second Street will comprise 40 rental homes on three acres in the historic Pass Christian downtown. The East Second Street neighborhood is one block west of Davis Avenue, which is Main Street, Pass Christian. The site is just one block off Pass Christian Harbor and the same distance from scenic Beach Boulevard that stretches most of the length of Mississippi's Gulf Coast. Within walking distance of the site are: several small businesses, Peoples Bank and Hancock Bank, three churches, Pass Christian Middle School, City Hall, the Library, War Memorial Park, the Boys and Girls Club and the rest of downtown Pass Christian's shopping and dining opportunities.
All the cottages are designed and built to FEMA hurricane-zone standards, capable of withstanding winds of up to 145 mph. All are set on piers and are well above the FEMA flood zone elevation requirements. There are no homes better built in South Mississippi.

There is an additional $30 a month water fee that includes water, sewer and trash. The only thing the tenant is responsible to put in their name is the power bill. Average electric runs $65 a month.

    "No side walks, excessive train noise and beach traffic noise. No grocery stores, only a few places to dine and no plans from the city to allow for future growth. Most home owners live in Louisiana and only visit here, therefore they,don’t vote. So the same old people mandate the status quo."

They also have random days they just have bounce houses for there children. they have decorating contest of the houses during holidays. They give out rewards for that also. They are very involved in our community over here. "
