Description

This home is very spacious and has avery warm feel to it. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen with a large island, and a nice dining area right off the kitchen area. This house was recently remodeled in 2006, so the old kitchen is now the mud room, which is right next to the garage when you walk in. There is also a large backyard and a nice sized front yard. The backyard is fairly big and has a nice garden area and has one tree in the back for shade. The basement is unfinished, but it is still in great condition. the laundry area is downstairs, but it can easily be moved up into the mud room. All together there is 4,000 sq. ft.

    "Neigubors are friendly. Yards are well kept. Dog walkers are mindful to keep dogs on the sidewalk vs your yard when walking and if they happen to go on your yard and poop they always pick up after them selves. Good schools. Low crime. Neighborhood kids are behaved. And for the most part neighbor hood is quiet. The occasional BBQ’s here and there but normally you get a plate of food out of it and usually an invite. And most importantly in my opinion no speeders on the street. Best neighborhood to relax and or raise a family. "

    "If you want a quiet rich neighborhood with deer pheasant and duck in your back yard on a bit over an acre this is for you. No sidewalks. We had triplet deer fawns born in our back yard this year. A big buck comes through every now and then. Pheasants doing mating dances. He will crow sometimes. Hawks hunt rabbits and eat them on your mailbox. And 9 ducklings hatched on the back patio. "

    "Lots of dog owners and walkers who follow the leash laws out of respect for the non dog owners. Most pick up after their pets. My family has lived in the neighborhood for 4 generations and there is a small bungalow with a large corner yard on this particular block that seems to get used as a dog area, but we don’t have a sign that says stay off the grass. The campus is a nice area to walk and a few near by parks, as well as a couple dog parks in town."
