2 story 8 room house which includes 1 full bath, 3 bedrooms i . Large fully remodeled kitchen with large island. Remodeled dining room this year with a beautiful wood pallet wall! Separate laundry room and separate mud room. Also new furnace put in in 2017. Newer water heater. And roof installed all the way down to the rafter in 2005l Large chain linked fenced in. Back yard. Plus a custom made privacy gem for a 15’ x 48” above ground pool that stays with the house. Pool is only 2 years old! And a shed plus parking in back. All plumbing and electric is being replaced as we continue renovating, along with the windows.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
