About this House

A fully renovated corner brick home at 2134 Hendrickson, where every finish and surface has been thoughtfully renewed for modern Brooklyn living.

A covered front porch sets the tone before you even step inside. The entry greets you with a coat closet before opening into a sweeping open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. Light fills every corner, pouring in through a gorgeous bay window facing the street and a full wall of windows at the back. The result is one of the brightest, most open main floors you will find. A ductless air conditioner keeps this sun-filled space cool and comfortable all summer long.

The renovated kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and flows naturally into the living and dining area, creating a connected, generous feel throughout the floor. A half bath completes this level.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms, each with beautiful new hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and its own ductless air conditioner for cool, comfortable summers. A renovated full bathroom serves the upper level with clean, fresh finishes throughout.

The basement features five windows and two exterior doors, one to the front and one to the backyard, bringing in natural light and creating a sense of openness rarely found in a basement. Brand new tile floors and fresh walls make it a clean, versatile space ready for any use.

Out back, a lovely mature tree anchors a private backyard with room to garden or simply enjoy the outdoors. The attached garage and an additional parking spot round out a remarkably complete package.

Brand new hardwood floors run throughout the home. Brand new windows have been installed on every level. The beautiful bay window faces the street and fills the room with light.

"The commute is not great. You have to take a bus to the subway. The bus is on a very dependable schedule and the subway comes like clockwork. Time right it could be 1:25 foot to door. I take a cab to the train in the am ($12 ride) and the bus home (it’s always sitting outside the train). Definitely manageable."
  • Georgi M.
"Wednesday night concerts in the park during the summer. free meals for the elderly in the community center in the park."

"I lived here with my grandchildren. The local schools are AMAZNG...better than any private school i have seen. Due to so many of the first responders who live in the neighborhood it is very safe and family oriented. Close to marine park and snake park. Ideal place"
  • Joe
"Was originally looking in Cobble Hill Carroll Gardens area and even though its considerably more expensive i didnt get that same family feeling that Marine Park offered. So i rolled the dice and bought . I spent 1/3 the price, have twice the amount of land, im close to the beach, the park is amazing, my kids play with the other kids on the block instead of video games in the living room, strangers walk past you and say hello... i could probably go on for ever. I dont mind the few extra stops to Manhattan when i see how my family is enjoying living here. Love it!!!"
