Neighborhood Description

This is a 55+ gated community, although there are exceptions. Basically, at least one resident must be 55 or older while the other full-time residents can be younger, but at least 35. This community is walking distance to the soon to be expanded golf course, brand new medical clinic, and shopping area to be built in the next year or so. Yet it is in a very tranquil, private community with a country feel and no thru traffic. There is virtually no traffic noise from the seldom traveled public access road to the development. The community center is gorgeous with upscale ammenites and finishing touches. Life in CedarBrook includes full free access to the beautiful community center, tennis court, built-in swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, party/meeting room with kitchen and free rv/boat storage with low, low hoa of only $60 a month!!
