(4) The required minimum TransUnion credit score through TurboTenant is 600. This applies to each Tenant. However, exceptions can be made for Tenants who are students.

(5) 12-month lease. Longer or shorter leases could be negotiated with the Landlord after the first 12-month lease is completed.

(6) No pets, except Service Animals.

(7) All persons seeking private tours/showings must first submit proof that they meet the minimum gross monthly income requirement or more.
