Easy access to I-985, I-85, the Mall of Georgia, dining, shopping, Lake Lanier and Bogan Park. Your children will have access to the award winning Buford City School district and/or Gwinnett County school system.

Very well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on .73 acres. There is a 2 car attached carport for parking as well as a 3rd carport for additional parking. Plenty of storage with access to the attic from the carport and inside the house, as well as a large two-story storage building in the back yard.
Entering from the carport you're in the dining room which is open to the kitchen. Off the dining area is a large heated & cooled sunroom. From the dining area you enter the large living room with wood burning stove insert and exposed wood beam. The front door leads to a large covered porch overlooking the well manicured front lawn.

The bedrooms can be found down the hallway, private and separate from the main living space. Bedroom #1 would make a great office, nursery, craft room, whatever you choose. Bedroom #2 has a large walk-in closet and is across the hall from the main bathroom which has a walk-in shower with glass doors. At the end of the hall is the master bath with a large walk in closet and it's own full bath.

Upgraded central High Efficiency HVAC system installed approximately10 years ago and serviced regularly. The kitchen, dining area, pantry/laundry, and both bathrooms have linoleum flooring. All other areas are carpeted. The tin roof was installed approximately 15 years old. The gas hot water heater is located in the pantry. Dishwasher, electric stove and fridge all work well and are included.

The home has a City of Buford water meter and has a septic system.

It’s always a sensational location to get cardio in. Our community is accommodated with a splash pad for the littles. I would love to see more for kids though— A small fair perhaps? Bouncy house event? Egg hunt during easter? An addition of swings and a slide would not be terrible. Other than that, beautiful and safe community everyone is kind and caring. "
