 Two-bedroom condo centrally located in Mount Pleasant! Second floor unit with only one neighbor in a gated community with a pool, gym, car wash, car vacuum, volleyball court, and dog run. Split bedrooms with two full bathrooms and walk-in closets. Relax on the screened-in porch. Washer and dryer are included in the unit along with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. No cats, 2 dogs up to 40lbs max, please read HOA requirements below. PET POLICY/FEES: 2 dogs max-40lbs. or under each. No cats. HOA Requirements: All dogs must be registered and DNA tested through the HOA. Registration includes a $100 per unit fee plus $50 per pet for the DNA kit. Pets must wear the designated ID tag when outside of the unit. Failure to register may result in fines of $50 per day until compliance is met. Pet fees are determined by PetScreening FIDO Score based on pet breed, age, weight, vaccination records, and behaviors. Pet fees CANNOT be determined for a pet until the PetScreening application is completed. Fines are set and determined by the HOA. Pet Screening Application: $20 single pet, $15 each additional pet Non-refundable pet fee: $250-$325 per pet Monthly pet fee: $25-$45 per month per pet STATUS: Occupied NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHOWINGS: Accepting applications! Applicants will be notified once the application is complete, but the application will not be reviewed or fully processed until the deadline date of May 9th @ 12pm, when the application decision will be made. Approved applicants will be the first to view the property after the deadline. Overall comparing to NC Charleston even Mount Pleasent houses are half in quality and so ugly houses not even breaks … with triple prices … and 30-50% smaller … Roads are not the bests … I am disappointed … But have to work here … so no choice !"

    "Access to two major roads in Charleston through Clements Ferry or through HWY 17. Golf cart accessible to at least three shopping centers. Plenty of golf and boating access for all. Commute is improved since first moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. "
