Our lovely apartment homes are all conveniently furnished with ceiling fans, washer/dryer hook-ups, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also offer off-street parking & 24 hour emergency maintenance. Rent is $545.00/month with a $545.00 security deposit. We provide trash, resident is responsible for water, sewer, gas and electric!
Four legged residents are gladly accepted with an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. Limited to 2 pets 30 lbs or under, non-aggressive breeds only!
Applicants must complete residency application which includes a credit & criminal background check. Call to schedule an appointment today! Application fee $30 for 1 adult, $45 for 2 and $20 for any additional adults over 18. Applications are located in box by circle drive.
