Furnished 3+ (main floor flex room) bedrooms ( 1 on the main floor that we are using as a game room, including an inflatable bed to use, if needed) and three bathrooms (the primary is a 5-piece, the second is a full bath w/dual sinks, and the third is a 3/4 bath on the main floor). Wide open, light & bright living/dining rooms with soaring ceilings. There is a cozy family room w/gas fireplace and door to the backyard. Vinyl plank flooring throughout. The bath on the main floor is across from the flex room with a door leading to a small courtyard. The nice family room also includes a new Fire TV.
Close to shopping, many restaurants, breweries, wineries, and trails. In downtown Port Orchard, you will find foot ferries to Bremerton downtown and the Bremerton Navel Station. Seattle downtown is a 30-minute ferry ride from Bremerton. The Fauntleroy/Southworth ferry leaves from the Manchester ferry dock in the Port Orchard area to West Seattle and stops at Vashon Island.
WA-16 is the gateway to the Narrows Bridge (galloping Gertie in 1949) and on to Tacoma and points east. All in all it's a fabulous place to live and work!

$4,000 a month and we pay water, sewer, garbage, lawn service, heat/air-conditioning, basic cable/internet.
Weekly rate is $1,500; if renting for 6 months or less the rent would be $4,000 per month, utilities included.
