- Located on Post Rd halfway between Danforth and Covell at the top of the hill.  -- Easy access to Rt 66 (2nd), Downtown Edmond, I-35, Arcadia, Pops, and the OKC metro.
- Edmond Schools.
- All utilities below ground to center of property - Well, Septic, natural gas, electricity, and telephone.
- In-ground storm shelter on property.
- 1.5 hp Well pump with 1.25" downpipe less than 3 years old.
- Surrounded by multiple luxury homes.
- Multiple groves of large mature long needle pine trees planted over 20 years ago.
- Mature Maples, Pecans, Elms, and tons of Oaks.
- High City views to the west.
- 3 miles to Lake Arcadia.
