Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

It’s also very dog-friendly, and the walking trails surrounding the neighborhood are perfect for daily walks and getting outside.
