Small quiet community with private entry and private patio. All electric apartment with resident to pay electric and apartments to pay water, sewer and trash. All apartments are Charter cable ready. This apartment is one level with washer/ dryer hookups right in your own utility room. Apartment also features attic storage, lots of kitchen cupboards and added storage in the built in bookcase/divider wall.
Additional one bedroom apartments will be available in the month of May.

$30 application fee per adult, and one time fee of $50 for occupancy inspection and permit. ( maximum occupancy of 2 people)
The following are general requirements for qualification:
1 year at current employment
3-4 times monthly rent as gross monthly income
clean credit history, rental history and background check
positive rental references if applicable.

    "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
