You will have a private balcony, hardwood floors, skylight, walk-in closet, gas stove and a locked storage unit. It gets good light and air, as there are windows in every room. It's on the top floor of an 8-unit building built in the '30's, facing north.

Gas, water, sewer and ADT security are paid. Sorry, no pets or smoking!

"I have been living at the cross of Virginia and Spruce for nearly 5 years and loved it. It's quiet, close to the university. 10 min walk from Downtown Berkeley BART, 3 movies theaters, Groceries (Safeway, Walgreens) and a lot of restaurants. Berkeley gourmet ghetto is 4 blocks away. In addition to that, you're very close to Berkeley Hills and Tilden park. Top neighborhood."
